This exclusive microlot was produced by Guiber Huancas Peña, a coffee grower in the Chirinos district of Cajamarca, Peru. His farm sits between 1700 and 1800 meters above sea level and is part of the PAWQARA cooperative, a community focused on quality-driven, small-scale farming in the Andes. Journey Coffee Roasters purchased the full harvest of this microlot to share it in its purest form, connecting you directly to the land and the hands that cultivated it.
