Shipping policy

We don't roast your coffee until you order it, and every batch is hand-sorted before roasting so only the best beans make it into your bag.

How Our Weekly Roast Works
We roast every Monday and Tuesday. Place your order by Tuesday at noon and it'll be roasted and shipped that same week. Order a little after? It may still make that week's roast. If not, you're first in line for the next one. And if we've just pulled a fresh roast right before your order comes in, we may send that your way so you get it even sooner. You'll always get tracking info the moment it ships.

Local Delivery
Local orders are dropped at your door at the end of the week, typically Thursday through Saturday, fresh and with a smile.

Subscriptions
If you're on a subscription, the same weekly rhythm applies. Your coffee is roasted fresh and shipped (or hand-delivered, if you're local) on whatever schedule you've chosen. Set it and forget it. We'll take care of the rest.
