Cancellation Policy
Since every order is roasted specifically for you, we ask that any cancellations be made before your coffee goes into the roaster. Orders can be canceled anytime before roasting begins on Monday.
Once your coffee has been roasted, orders of 2 lbs or more cannot be canceled, as they were prepared just for you. For orders under 2 lbs, please reach out and we'll do our best to work with you.
We do not accept returns on roasted coffee, but if something isn't right, contact us and we'll handle it on a case-by-case basis.
Subscription cancellations follow the same policy. You're free to cancel or pause your subscription anytime before your next scheduled roast.
