Because all of our coffee is roasted to order and hand-sorted before roasting, we do not accept returns. Every bag is prepared specifically for you, and we take pride in making sure it meets our standards before it ever leaves our hands.
If something isn't right with your order, whether it arrived damaged, incorrect, or just not what you expected, please reach out to us. We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis and will always do our best to make it right.
